Request For Information

All Information Requests must be made in writing and submitted either by mail or in person.  We will respond within five (5) business days of receipt of request.  If more time is needed to research your request, you will be notified.

There is $2.00 charge for the first page and $1.00 per each additional page for all reports.  The exception pertains to complex requests requiring extensive labor intensive search and preparation costs.  Those will be determined on a time and material basis.
