Fire Incident Reports

If you've been involved in a Fire Department Incident in the City of Walker and would like to obtain a copy of that report, you may do so in person or by mail.

You may obtain a copy of your fire incident report Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at the Walker Fire Department. Please call our Fire Department Office first (616)791-6840 to make sure your report is ready.

You may request a copy of your fire incident report by mail. Please include:

  1. Incident Number (if you have)
  2. Name
  3. Date, Time and Location of Incident
  4. Payment ($2.00) per page
  5. Self-Addressed stamped envelope

Reports will be returned to you by mail within a week or sooner. Fire incident reports are $2.00 per page. An incident report generally is a one-page report.
